By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

BePure online store

You can only use our online store if you are over the age of 18.

All prices on the BePure online store and all orders processed are in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST when purchased in New Zealand and exclude GST when purchased elsewhere. Prices do not include shipping costs. 

All transactions on our website are processed through a highly secure and fully compliant payment gateway platform that utilises industry best practice encryption and security. We, BePure, therefore do not store your card data to process your payment or for any future orders you may want to make.

 

BePure Nutritional Support

Events

We may cancel any of our events at any time for any reason. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the price of your ticket, but we won't be responsible for any of your other costs, including accommodation, airfares or other transport costs.

By purchasing a ticket to one of our events you consent to us using your image in any photography or video recordings we create unless you tell us otherwise. We can use these recordings at any time in the future. If you provide us with comments, feedback or testimonials, you consent to us using this information in our marketing collateral (provided we won't identify you by name without your permission). You can ask us to remove any such information by contacting info@bepure.co.nz and we will remove reference to your remarks in any future collateral.

 

BePure Fourth Autoship Reward Terms and Conditions

1. BePure purchases eligible for this offer

BePure Fourth Autoship Reward (the offer) states that all BePure customers on an autoship for BePure products or packs will be reimbursed for every fourth order, essentially receiving the order for free. 

'Reward' requires three consecutive paid orders with a maximum of one skip or postponement. If an order has been skipped or postponed two times or more, the reward is not eligible.

 



2. The offer launch and expiry

BePure Fourth Autoship Reward was launched on November 15 2018 (the launch date).

For existing customers, the next autoship order on or after this launch date is the first order counting towards the reward. 

BePure Fourth Autoship Reward (the offer) is subject to change and expires on January 31 2019.

3. How to redeem offer

Due to our IT system requirements, the fourth order will be processed at the usual autoship price and charged to the customers nominated credit card as per usual.

In order to receive this fourth order free, the customer must email the Nutritional Health Support Team at orders@bepure.co.nz, within 30 days of their fourth order being processed, to request reimbursement of their order. The eligible order number, customer name and customer email must be provided. A full refund will be processed, providing the order is eligible, within 6 - 10 business days.

A refund must be requested within 30 days of the order being processed. Any orders outside of 30 days are not eligible.


BePure Special Offers

BePure Annual 30% Off Sale 2018

BePure’s Annual 30% off begins Tuesday 20 November at 6.30pm, 2018 and ends at 11.59pm Monday 26 November, 2018.

30% off applies to all BePure products and packs for one-off and first-time initial autoship purchases only. The discounted sale price does not continue after the initial autoship purchase.

The 30% off sale does not include products that are not marked in the sale collection.

BePure reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted here to inform yourself of any changes.


BePure Personalised Health Programme Special

The BePure Personalised Health Programme Special starts at 10am, Thursday 14 June 2018 and closes at midnight on Tuesday 31st July 2018.

You will have access to your FREE test after your first Personal Holistic Health Consultation.

BePure Shipping and Delivery 

Shipping is not included in the purchase price of BePure products listed on the BePure online store. 

Cost of shipping

BePure offers free shipping within New Zealand when an order of greater or equal value to $79 is placed through the BePure Store. If an order placed on the BePure store is less value than $79, BePure will charge $11.95 for shipping within New Zealand. 

Shipping charges apply for all international orders. A standard shipping charge of $35 to the rest of the world (excluding Europe) will be added to the order at the time of purchase. 

Cancellations    

Autoship: Postponement of a recurring order must be completed through the customer's online BePure account or by contacting BePure, and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 hours prior to the customer's next shipment date. Cancellation of a recurring order, or the entire autoship subscription, must be completed by contacting BePure, and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 hours prior to the customer's next shipment date. Failure to do this may result in a cancellation and return fee or failure to cancel the recurring order. Once payment is processed for a recurring order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun.

For example, if your order is due to recur on the 9th of March, you will need to cancel or postpone the order, and receive written confirmation from BePure, by 5 pm on the 8th of March.   

One-off purchases: We cannot guarantee that an order made on the BePure website can be cancelled at no additional cost. A cancellation fee may occur. 

Delivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure the order successfully reaches the customer. If no-one is present to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a Card to Call and the customer will need to contact the carrier to arrange collection of the item.

The customer can arrange special delivery instructions or an 'Authority to Leave' so that orders are delivered without being signed for and this needs to be made directly with the carrier. Should this option be arranged, BePure cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries or missing items. 

Failed Deliveries 

Please note if your shipment is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, shipping costs of $11.95 will also apply on all following shipping attempts.    



BePure Returns Policy for nutritional support products 

All returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged or degraded nutritional support products can be returned for a full refund. Please contact the Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at orders@bepure.co.nz. 

 

Returns Policy for recurring orders

Failure to cancel an order before 24 hours prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened. Please note if the seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned. Please contact the Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at orders@bepure.co.nz.  

Refunds 

Once received at the BePure Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned nutritional support products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the BePure team.

Refunds may take 6 - 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.

 

Third party websites and products

Occasionally, the BePure website might contain links to other third party websites. Those links are provided for your convenience and don't mean that we endorse the website. We are not responsible for the content of any third party website linked to our website.

 

Disclaimer

The information contained on our website has been prepared for the purpose of providing information, including about our products and services, and is not intended to provide medical advice or designed to rectify, treat or cure any specific medical conditions or diseases. Nothing stated or posted on our website is intended to be and must not be taken to be, medical advice. Insurance Policy

BePure is not a designated company by insurance providers and as our services are currently considered outside the usual model of healthcare insurance. At this time reimbursements will not be supported by BePure.


TRADEMARKS; COPYRIGHTS AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

BePure owns the trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world associated with BePure Content, the Website, and the Services. Moreover, the term “BePure” and anything on the Website that identifies or distinguishes BePure from any other goods and services are registered or unregistered trademarks of BePure (the “BePure Trademarks”). Except as otherwise permitted by law, you agree not to display or use in any manner the BePure Trademarks without BePure's prior written consent.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

BePure is committed to protecting your privacy. The privacy policy below lets you know about our online information practices and how we treat the information we receive from you.

What information we collect

We only collect personal information that you provide us directly, e.g. when you sign up for our newsletter, ask us a question, or purchase from the BePure online store. The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card details and other personal information. You don't have to provide us with your personal information, but if don't then you might not be able to use all the features of this BePure website or remain up to date with BePure developments.

What we use your information for

We may use the information we collect from you to:
