    Online Store

    The BePure online store is restricted to those over the age of 18 years.

    All prices on the BePure online store, and all orders processed are in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST when purchased in New Zealand, and exclude GST when purchased elsewhere. Prices do not include shipping costs.

    All transactions on our website are processed through a highly secure and fully compliant payment gateway platform that utilises industry best practice encryption and security. We, BePure, therefore do not store your card data to process your payment or for any future orders, you may want to make.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is not included in the purchase price of BePure products listed on the BePure online store.

    Cost of shipping

    BePure offers free shipping within New Zealand when an order of greater or equal value to $79 is placed through the BePure Store. If an order placed on the BePure store is less value than $79, BePure will charge $11.95 for shipping within New Zealand.

    Shipping charges apply for all international orders. A standard shipping charge of $35 to the rest of the world (excluding Europe) will be added to the order at the time of purchase.

    Cancellations

    Subscription:
    Postponement
     of a recurring order must be completed through the customer's online BePure account or by contacting BePure, and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 business hours prior to the customer's next shipment date.

    Cancellation of a recurring order, or the entire subscription, must be completed by contacting BePure, and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 business hours prior to the customer's next shipment date.

    Failure to do this may result in a cancellation and return fee or failure to cancel the recurring order. Once payment is processed for a recurring order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun.

    For example, if your order is due to recur on the 9th of March, you will need to cancel or postpone the order, and receive written confirmation from BePure, by 5:00PM on the 8th of March.

    One-off purchases:
    We cannot guarantee that an order made on the BePure website can be cancelled at no additional cost. A cancellation fee may occur.

    Delivery
    All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure the order successfully reaches the customer. If no-one is present to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a Card to Call and the customer will need to contact the carrier to arrange collection of the item.

    The customer can arrange special delivery instructions or an 'Authority to Leave' so that orders are delivered without being signed for and this needs to be made directly with the carrier. Should this option be arranged, BePure cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries or missing items.

    Failed Deliveries
    Please note if your shipment is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, shipping costs of $11.95 will also apply on all following shipping attempts.

    Returns Policy

    All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. Any return outside of 14 days will not be accepted and refunded and will be shipped back to the customer. Product must be unopened, with the tamper seal still in tact, and returned in its original packaging such as BePure box/ and wood-wool.

    Damaged or degraded nutritional support products can be returned for a full refund. Please contact the Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at orders@bepure.co.nz.


    Returns Policy for Subscription Orders

    Failure to cancel an order before 24 business hours prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened.

    Note if the seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned. Please contact the Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at orders@bepure.co.nz.

    Refunds

    Once received at the BePure Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned nutritional support products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the BePure team.

    Refunds may take 6 - 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.

    Third party websites and products

    Occasionally, the BePure website might contain links to other third party websites. Those links are provided for your convenience and don't mean that we endorse the website. We are not responsible for the content of any third party website linked to our website.

    Disclaimer

    The information contained on our website has been prepared for the purpose of providing information, including about our products and services, and is not intended to provide medical advice or designed to rectify, treat or cure any specific medical conditions or diseases.

    We only collect personal information that you provide us directly, e.g. when you sign up for our newsletter, ask us a question, or purchase from the BePure online store.     By agreeing to the myBePure terms and conditions you acknowledge that you understand that BePure Clinic Programmes are designed to focus on supporting your overall wellness.

    BePure Online Store

    Health Information

    You authorise BePure to collect and use your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1993 and Health Information Privacy Code 1994.

    During your consultations and interaction with the myBePure online website application (myBePure) you will be asked to share your health information with BePure.

    You may be asked questions, asked to take a health and lifestyle questionnaire and/or be physically examined. This enables BePure and their BePure Holistic Health Consultants to plan and carry out safe and appropriate support for your individual needs.

    You do not have to give us any information or provide us with full information, however, failure to do so may result in BePure refusing to provide you with support, or incorrect support being provided, for which BePure cannot accept responsibility.

    We may use the information we collect from you to:

    • Contact you;
    • Obtain an understanding of your health and lifestyle;
    • Provide you with recommendations;
    • Provide you with a support plan;
    • Send you our newsletter; and/or Email you about our goods and services.

    We may share your personal and health information:

    • With third parties, including your doctor or health care professional, and third parties who assist us in providing you with recommendations;
    • With third parties we consider necessary,
    • with your prior consent; and/or To comply with the law or to protect the property or safety of BePure or others.

    MyBePure Platform

    The BePure Clinic Programmes are offered through the myBePure platform which was launched on March 27, 2018 (the launch date).


    Appointments:
    Appointments are allocated time slots. If you arrive late to an appointment or choose to finish an appointment early you will be charged the full amount; time cannot be made up outside of the allocated time slot.

    If your appointment is held electronically via Zoom and you should ensure you have downloaded the app, your equipment, connection, battery power etc is working/adequate before the start time of your allocated time slot begin.


    Payments:

    Payments will be automatically deducted from your account every 4 weeks for the cost of your respective BePure Clinic Programmes via the credit card you have supplied.

    Payment must be made in New Zealand dollars.

    Refunded payments:
    Due to our IT system requirements, any refunds will be processed within 6 - 10 business days.

    Cancellation of, or rescheduling, an appointment:
    You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your appointment. Simply get in contact with our helpful Nutritional Support Team to do so on 0800 52 54 52.

    Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, or do not show to the appointment, you will be required to pay part, or all of, the full fee for the appointment. Whether fees are payable is at the discretion of BePure.

    Cancellation of, or making changes to, your BePure Clinic Programme:
    There is a 28-day minimum notice required for any changes or cancellation you would like to make to your BePure Clinic Programme. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Putting your BePure Clinic Programme on hold
      BePure Clinic Programmes can be placed on hold for a maximum of one month in a twelve month period.
    • Switching your current BePure Clinic Programme to another BePure Programme
    • Cancelling your BePure Clinic Programme
      If you cancel within 28 days of beginning your BePure Clinic Programme, you may be required to pay the full fee for the remaining 28 days. Whether fees are payable is at the discretion of BePure.

    Events

    We may cancel any of our events at any time for any reason. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the price of your ticket, but we are not responsible for any personally incurred costs, including accommodation, airfares or other transport costs.

    By purchasing a ticket to one of our events you consent to us using your image in any photography or video recordings we create unless you notify us otherwise.

    We may use these recordings at any time in the future. If you provide us with comments, feedback or testimonials, you consent to us using this information in our marketing collateral (provided we won't identify you by name without your permission).

    You may ask us to remove any such information by contacting info@bepure.co.nz and we will remove reference to your remarks in any future collateral.

    Refund Policy

    Tickets for our events are non-refundable including during promotions. If you can no longer attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another date, location or to someone else.
