FOCUS OF THE BePure Personalised Health Programmes

By agreeing to the myHealth terms and conditions you acknowledge that you understand that the BePure Personalised Health Programme is designed to focus on supporting your overall wellness.  

You acknowledge that you understand it is NOT designed to rectify, treat or cure any specific medical conditions or diseases.


BePure online store

You can only use our online store if you are over the age of 18.

All prices on the BePure online store and all orders processed are in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST when purchased in New Zealand and exclude GST when purchased elsewhere. Prices do not include shipping costs. 

All transactions on our website are processed through a highly secure and fully compliant payment gateway platform that utilises industry best practice encryption and security. We, BePure, therefore do not store your card data to process your payment or for any future orders, you may want to make.

BePure Autoship (Subscribe & Save) 

BePure Autoship (Subscribe and save), is designed to save you time (no more repurchases necessary) and money (you'll receive a special reduced rate each order)! We created Subscribe & Save to make it easier to work toward your long term health goals. 

On BePure autoship you are entitled to several exciting perks.

BEPURE TEST KITS

BePure Test Kits all come with detailed instructions around preparing for, and taking, your sample, as well as packing and shipping.

If for any reason your BePure sample reaches the lab and is faulty or unable to be used, we will contact you and send you a second BePure Test Kit at no additional charge to you.

If a second sample reaches the lab in a faulty or unviable state, a $39 fee will be charged for any further replacement tests.


HEALTH INFORMATION

You authorise us to collect and use your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1993 and Health Information Privacy Code 1994.

During your consultations and interaction with the myhealth online website application (myHealth) you will be asked to share your health information with BePure.  You may be asked questions, asked to take a health and lifestyle questionnaire and/or be physically examined. This enables BePure and their BePure Holistic Health Consultants to plan and carry out safe and appropriate treatment for your individual needs.  You do not have to give us any information or provide us with full information, however, failure to do so may result in BePure refusing to provide you with treatment, or incorrect treatment being provided, for which BePure cannot accept responsibility.

We may use the information we collect from you to:

  • Contact you;

  • Obtain an understanding of your health and lifestyle;

  • Provide you with recommendations;

  • Provide you with a treatment plan;

  • Send you our newsletter; and/or

  • Email you about our goods and services.

We may share your personal and health information:

  • With third parties, including your doctor or health care professional, and third parties who assist us in providing you with recommendations/treatment plans;  

  • With third parties we consider necessary, with your prior consent; and/or

  • To comply with the law or to protect the property or safety of BePure or others.


MYHEALTH PLATFORM

The BePure Personalised Health Programmes are offered through the MyHealth platform which was launched on March 27, 2018 (the launch date).

Appointments:  Appointments are allocated time slots.  If you arrive late to an appointment or choose to finish an appointment early you will be charged the full amount; time cannot be made up outside of the allocated time slot. If your appointment is held electronically via Zoom and you should ensure you have downloaded the app, your equipment, connection, battery power etc. is working/adequate before the start time of your allocated time slot begin.

Payments:  Payments will be automatically deducted from your account each month for the cost of your respective BePure Personalised Health Programme via the credit card you have supplied. Payment must be made in New Zealand dollars.

Refunded payments: Due to our IT system requirements, any refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 business days

Cancellation and rescheduling an appointment: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your appointment, simply get in contact with our helpful Nutritional Support Team to do so on 0800873787. Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay the full fee for the appointment.  To reschedule your canceled appointment you will be required to pay a rescheduling fee.

Whether fees are payable is at the discretion of BePure.

Cancellation or making changes to your BePure Personalised Health Programme: There is a 30 day minimum notice required for any changes or cancellation you would like to make to your Personalised Health Programme. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Putting your BePure Personalised Health Programme on hold

  • Switching your current BePure Personalised Health Programme to another BePure Programme

  • Canceling your BePure Personalised Health Programme

If you cancel within 30 days of BePure Personalised Health Programme you may be required to pay the full fee for the remaining 30 days. Whether fees are payable is at the discretion of BePure.


BePure Shipping and Delivery 

Shipping is not included in the purchase price of BePure products listed on the BePure online store. 

Cost of shipping

BePure offers free shipping when an order of greater or equal value to $79 is placed through the BePure Store. 

If an order is placed on the BePure store is less value than $79, BePure will charge $11.95 for shipping. 

Cancellations  

Autoship: All recurring orders must be canceled or updated through the customer's online BePure account within 24 hours of the customers next shipment date. Failure to do this may result in a cancelation and return fee. For example, if your order is due to recur on the 27th of February, you will need to cancel or push your order out by 5 pm on the 26th of February.  

First time orders: We cannot guarantee that an order made on the BePure website can be canceled at no additional cost. A cancelation fee may occur. 

Failed Deliveries 

Please note if your shipment is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, shipping costs of $11.95 will also apply to all following shipping attempts.    

Returned nutritional support products 

Failure to cancel an order within 24 hours of may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, or if the nutritional support products are no longer needed, the customer may return these. Products must remain unopened. Please note if the seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned. Return fees may apply and are at the discretion of the BePure team. Please contact the Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at orders@bepure.co.nz. 

Refunds for returned nutritional support products

Once received at the BePure Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned nutritional support products. Please note, cancelation and return fees may apply and are at the discretion of the BePure team.

Refunds may take 6 - 10 business days to process and appear back in your account.

Third party websites and products

Occasionally, the BePure website might contain links to other third party websites. Those links are provided for your convenience and don't mean that we endorse the website. We are not responsible for the content of any third party website linked to our website.

Insurance Policy

BePure is not a designated company by insurance providers and as our services are currently considered outside the usual model of healthcare insurance. At this time reimbursements will not be supported by BePure.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

BePure is committed to protecting your privacy. The privacy policy below lets you know about our online information practices and how we treat the information we receive from you.

What information we collect

We only collect personal information that you provide us directly, e.g. when you sign up to our newsletter, ask us a question, or purchase from the BePure online store. The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card details and other personal information. You don't have to provide us with your personal information, but if don't then you might not be able to use all the features of this BePure website or remain up to date with BePure developments.

YOUR TESTING INFORMATION

By undergoing testing through the BePure Lab you give permission for BePure Health to use your test results toward our ongoing studies around natural health and modern health issues.

What we use your information for

We may use the information we collect from you to:

  • Send you our newsletter
  • Facilitate the purchase and delivery of items purchased from the BePure online store and keep you updated on your order
  • Personalise your customer experience
  • Respond to you
  • Improve the BePure website
  • Send you BePure emails. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each BePure email if at any time you want to unsubscribe from receiving them.

How we might disclose your information

We may share your personal information with third parties who assist us in operating BePure, our website and our online store. We may also disclose your personal information to comply with the law or to protect the property or safety of BePure or others.
