Georgia Richardson

Georgia Richardson - LEAD RESEARCH ASSISTANT

While studying Biochemistry at Massey University, Georgia became interested in the complex metabolic pathways involved in energy production. This, in conjunction with her love of exercise, led to her learn more about the interplay between nutrition, exercise and biochemistry.

While embarking on her own personal health journey, Georgia became aware of the overwhelming amount of information and fad diets available. Through her role at BePure, Georgia wants to combine her passions for science and all things health and wellness and use them to help educate people on the importance of nourishing their whole body.

The body is made up of millions of cells that are impacted by everything from the food that we eat to the amount of stress that we have. Georgia wants to use this as the basis to demonstrate that when we look after our body, we fuel the millions of biochemical processes happening inside of us and this sets us on the right path to optimum health.

BSc in Biochemistry, Massey University
