Yes, we can ship internationally (excluding Europe). International orders can be placed through the online store and a standard shipping charge of $35 applies to all orders. International orders can take up to 2 - 3 weeks depending on their location and the Customs requirements for that country. Please note, we are unable to provide tracking information on international orders.
International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of BePure. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Shipping on BePure orders of equal or greater value to $79 is free within New Zealand. Orders of lesser value than $79 will incur a shipping cost of $11.95.
A standard shipping charge of $35 applies for all international orders.
Please note that if you cancel an order within 24 hours of shipping you may receive a cancellation and return fee as according to the BePure Terms and Conditions.
If your shipment is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, shipping costs of $11.95 will also apply to all following shipping attempts.

Once payment is processed for an order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun. Please get in touch with our Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange return of your order. You can give them a call on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns need to be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. Product must be unopened, with the tamper seal in tact, and returned in it's original packaging.
A full refund (less any cancellation or return fees) will be made once the products have been returned to the BePure warehouse.
As Ben explains, health is not a short-term solution. It takes time for the body to heal and regenerate. Nutrition is literally the building blocks of your cells. That's why it's so important to provide your body with the additional nutritional support it needs long-term to build it back to health.
BePure subscription is the convenient, money-saving option to use when purchasing your BePure products. Basically, it's a 'subscribe and save' system and when you are on BePure subscription you will receive your BePure nutritional support products to your door every eight weeks (or at your desired frequency), making it one less thing you have to think about when taking action for your health.
On BePure subscription you'll also receive some great benefits:
On subscription, you have the flexibility to manage your account at any time yourself. You can do this once you've registered and logged into your BePure account. If you've never logged in, despite already being a BePure customer, you will need to set this up by registering as a new customer. Once registered, you will have access to your BePure order history.
If you need to update your credit card details, change your address, view your next order date or skip your upcoming order, you can simply do this through your online account.
For more detailed changes, including cancelling your subscription entirely, changing your selection of subscription products or postponing the next order to a specific date, please call our Nutritional Health Support Team on 0800 52 54 52 or email us at email@example.com. You can put your subscription on hold at any time however we just require a specified date to hold this to and the maximum time we can hold an subscription for is six months.

We are constantly dedicated to providing you with quality products that are of the safest standard and we are pleased to announce BePure is the first New Zealand company to receive a BSCG Certified Drug Free® certification for our nutritional products BePure One, BePure Three and BePure Ten. BePure is not a diet you are required to follow. We acknowledge that everybody is different and needs different things. We also don't believe in overly restrictive and unsustainable diets. We embrace a philosophy of eating whole, natural foods that support your metabolism by balancing out your blood sugar levels. The recipes on our site are gluten-free, refined sugar-free and often dairy free.
We do offer recipes and meal plans in our 7 Day Basic Detox and 14 Day Comprehensive Detox. These are great tools for getting started on a balanced, nourishing and enjoyable diet.
It is safe and recommended to take BePure One, BePure Three and BePure Gut Renew while you are pregnant and breastfeeding.
As these products are not designed specifically for pregnancy, we do recommend additional nutritionals including iodine and folate, because of the huge demand on the mother's system during pregnancy and while breast feeding. Please speak to your midwife or doctor about this.
BePure One, our ultimate multivitamin, will ensure you are getting the base nutrients required on a day-to-day basis.
BePure Three, our fish oil product, is recommended as an essential nutrient during pregnancy and breastfeeding as the DHA in fish oil is very important for babies brain development.
Taking a quality probiotic, like BePure Gut Renew, is also essential as it's important to have beneficial bacteria present at birth. This is the baby's first dose of probiotics and sets the immune system up for childhood.
BePure EstroClear, BePure Gut Assist, BePure Adrenal Regenerator, BePure ProgestoRenew are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
BePure Super Boost C and the BePure Gut Renew Probiotic are safe for children. You will need to reduce the amount as per the recommendations on the bottle.
BePure One can be taken for children over 12. Alternatively, we also supply a children's range of products which can be purchased in the BePure online store.
Orders placed before 12pm are processed that day.
Orders placed before 12pm should be delivered in 1-2 days, orders placed after 12pm should be delivered in 2-3 days except for South Island and rural deliveries which may take 3-4 days.
International orders can vary between 5-10 days depending on their location and the Customs situation for that country.

While orders are processed over the weekend, they are only dispatched on weekdays. If you place an order over the weekend or a public holiday, this will be dispatched on the following working day.
Yes, orders placed separately which have different order reference numbers will be shipped separately due to our automated processing and shipping system.
Our policy is to first locate the order in the courier system and assist with any delivery issues. Lost or missing orders will be replaced if the delivery issue cannot be resolved. Damaged orders will be replaced.
