Delivery Information

Whether you've already placed your order, or are just about to, here are some helpful answers to questions you might have in your mind around delivery of your products.

How soon after I place my order will it be processed?

Orders placed before 12pm are processed that day.

 

How long is your delivery time?

Orders placed before 12pm should be delivered in 1-2 days, orders placed after 12pm should be delivered in 2-3 days except for South Island and rural deliveries which may take 3-4 days.

International orders can vary between 5-10 days depending on their location and the Customs situation for that country.

 

I've ordered my product through a consultant at the BePure clinic. When should I expect my order?

Orders through the clinic are processed separately to online. You will be sent an invoice and when this is paid your products will be shipped. If you have any queries please contact us at clinic@bepure.co.nz.

 

It's been a few days and my order hasn't arrived. Can I track my order?

You can contact our 'orders' team at orders@bepure.co.nz or call us on 0800 873 787 option 1 for assistance with tracking.

 

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes we deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Can I deliver to my workplace?

Yes, but please include the business name in the shipping address.

 

I live rurally. When should I expect my order?

You should expect rural deliveries to take 2-3 days from order processing.

 

Do you process orders on the weekend?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you order something over the weekend, they will be processed Monday. We do not process orders on public holidays. They will be processed on the next working day.

 

I placed more than one order. Will they be shipped separately?

If the orders were placed before 12pm on the same day, the orders will be shipped together.

 

What is your policy around damaged, lost or missing orders?

Our policy is to first locate the order in the courier system and assist with any delivery issues. Lost or missing orders will then be replaced if the delivery issue can not be resolved. Damaged orders will be replaced.

 

Are there any additional charges for international orders?

International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of BePure Health. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
