On BePure autoship you are entitled to several exciting perks.
The customer has flexibility to manage their autoship subscription.
Updating credit card details, changing the shipping address, changing the shipping frequency or skipping an upcoming order can be done at any time through registering, and logging into, a BePure online account.
To postpone the next shipment date, place an autoship on hold, change the selection of products or cancel an autoship subscription completely, the customer is required to contact BePure, and receive written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 hours prior to the customer's next shipment date.
Shipping is not included in the purchase price of BePure products listed on the BePure online store.
Cost of shipping
BePure offers free shipping within New Zealand when an autoship order of greater or equal value to $79 is processed. If an order processed is less value than $79, BePure will charge $11.95 for shipping within New Zealand.
Shipping charges apply for all international orders. A standard shipping charge of $35 to the rest of the world (excluding Europe) will be added to order at the time of processing.
Postponement of a recurring order must be completed through the customer's online BePure account or by contacting BePure, and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 hours prior to the customer's next shipment date. Cancellation of a recurring order, or the entire autoship subscription, must be completed by contacting BePure, and receiving written confirmation from BePure, at least 24 hours prior to the customer's next shipment date. Failure to do this may result in a cancellation and return fee or failure to cancel the recurring order. Once payment is processed for a recurring order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun.
For example, if your order is due to recur on the 9th of March, you will need to cancel or postpone the order, and receive written confirmation from BePure, by 5 pm on the 8th of March.
All returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged or degraded nutritional support products can be returned for a full refund. Please contact the Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Failure to cancel an order before 24 hours prior to the next shipment date may result in an unnecessary shipment. In this situation, the customer may return these and will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Products must remain unopened. Please note if the seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned. Please contact the Nutritional Health Support Team to arrange your return on 0800 52 54 52 or email them at email@example.com.
Once received at the BePure Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned nutritional support products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the BePure team.
Refunds may take 6 - 10 business days to process and show in your account. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase.
Please note that this offer is no longer valid and only those that signed up to BePure autoship for eligible packs prior to April 17, 2018, will receive this special offer on their orders.
BePure Pack Autoship “Fourth Order Free” (the offer) states that all BePure customers on BePure Packs will receive every fourth order at no cost ($0).
BePure Packs include: BePure Everyday Health Pack, BePure Adrenal Support Pack, BePure Energy Pack, BePure Optimal Health Pack, the BePure Hormone Health Pack, BePure Hormone Health Pack Lite (discontinued) and the BePure Kickstarter Pack (discontinued) exclusively.
The ‘fourth autoship free offer’ was launched on August 7, 2017 (the launch date) and was ended on April 17, 2018 (the expiry date).
2a) For all autoship BePure Pack customers that had active subscriptions on the launch date, the first order counted towards the fourth order free is the customer order prior to, or on, August 7, 2017.
2b) All customers that had active subscriptions at the offer expiry date, they will retain the 'fourth order free' benefit as long as the autoship is kept active.
Due to our IT system requirements, in order to receive the fourth order free, the customer must get in touch with the Nutritional Health Support Team prior to the shipping of the fourth order. If the request is made after the order has been processed the Nutritional Health Support Team will be able to refund this order. 3a) If requesting a refund, the customer must have sufficient funds in their account to first process the order for it to be sent, charged and refunded. If the customer does not have sufficient funds in their account at the time of their free fourth order it will not be sent.
3b) Refunds will be processed within 6 - 10 business days.
Customers who have switched their BePure Pack to another BePure Pack option will still receive their fourth autoship order free.
Each eligible BePure Pack included in a single autoship order will be treated as a separate purchase. For example, if your BePure Autoship contains the BePure Everyday Health Pack (BePure One and BePure Three) and the BePure Energy Pack (BePure Ten and BePure Super Boost C) then the fourth order of the BePure Everyday Health Pack will be free and the fourth order of the BePure Energy Pack will be free.
If a customer is on the BePure Hormone Health Pack or the BePure Hormone Health Pack Lite, the 4th free order will correlate to the fourth full order of BePure One, BePure Three and BePure EstroClear OR the customers 7th delivery of the BePure Hormone Health Pack.
6a) A full order of the BePure Hormone Health Pack includes BePure One, BePure Three and BePure EstroClear (to the value of $175).
