    How does a BePure subscription work?

    You'll get 15% off all repeat orders.

    This means that the first order on subscription will be charged at full price. From the second order onwards, subscription orders will be discounted by 15%.

    Your subscription will auto-deliver on your schedule, and you can change or swap your products, update your address, or cancel at any time.

  • How do I subscribe to BePure products?

    When adding items to your cart, simply select ‘Subscribe’ rather than ‘One-Time Purchase’. This will set up a subscription for you with an automatic frequency that you can change, stop, or pause at any time.

    Do I have to order the same product every time?

    You can swap your products, skip orders and change delivery dates. As long as you don’t cancel your subscription altogether, you’ll continue to be part of the BeWell Club and reap the benefits.

    Here's how to swap your products:

  • Log in to your BeWell Club account by selecting the sign in option in the top right-hand corner of our website.
  • Select the 'Manage Subscription' option from the next menu.
  • Click the option to manage the subscription on the product you would like to swap.
  • Select the swap option, then the product you would like to try and add this to your order!

    How do I change my upcoming order date?

    You can easily change the date and address of your next order through your BeWell Club account to make sure your orders arrive exactly when and where you need them.

  • Log in to your BeWell Club account by selecting the sign in option in the top right-hand corner of our website. *If you try to login and get the message 'User Does Not Exist', please click 'Register' rather than login. Don't worry - it won't set you up with another account, it will just reset your current one.
  • Select the 'Manage Subscription' option from the next menu.
  • Select the 'next charge date' button on the subscription you would like to change and select the date you would like to move your next order to. You will need to change each subscription product individually if you are wanting to alter your whole order.
  • Select update next shipment date to save your changes are you will see a message confirming these changes have saved.

    Can I skip my upcoming order?

    If you are needing a little break in between orders, no worries at all. You can skip your orders until you are ready to top up your wellness stash of BePure supplements. Contact us for support at info@bepure.co.nz

    Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Of course! You can cancel your subscription anytime via your BeWell Club account. Alternatively, feel free to send us a message and our Wellness Coordinator team can arrange this for you.

    Cancellations will need to be made at least 24 hours before your next order is processed to ensure we can cancel it in time.

    How do I sign in to my BeWell Club account and manage my subscription?

    Use the login icon in the top right hand corner of the BePure website.

    Your username is your email address, and you will need to register your account to create a password when you first log in.

    If you have not logged in before then you will need to select 'register' and create a password for your account. Make sure the email you use is the same one that you've used when ordering on the website.

    How do I change my delivery address?

  • Log into your My BeWell Club and click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. If this is your first time logging into your subscription, you will need to register first using the same email that your orders are placed under. If the system tells you 'User Does Not Exist', please click 'Register' rather than 'Log In'
  • Click on the 'Manage Subscription' button.
  • Your subscriptions will now be showing and you can select shipping address to make any edits to your current address.
  • Once you have clicked into Shipping Address, there will be an option to add a new address. Once you have done so, save these changes and remove your old address.

    How do I change my payment / credit card details for my BePure subscription?

  • Sign In. Then select the dark green person icon in the top right-hand corner.
  • Select 'Manage Subscription' from the drop menu
  • Select 'Payment Methods'
  • Select 'Add Payment Method'
