BePure Super Boost C is a top-quality, high strength dose of vitamin C. Each 6 gram serve (1 tsp = 5ml, metric spoonful) contains 2.96g of high strength, easily absorbed vitamin C and a two to one ratio of bioflavonoids to vitamin C. The bioflavonoids recycle the vitamin C electron, so once this enters your body it essentially provides you with double the vitamin C.

Love the taste of this, nice and refreshing, no yucky aftertaste. Used this through winter and also when I got a cold. It cut my cold down to 3 days. I have a bit of a sensitive stomach and because this has 3 grams of vitamin C in it, I either spread the dose out to 2 doses a day (1/2 tsp) or if I want half the amount (1500mg) of vit c, I will do 1/4 tsp in morning and 1/4 tsp at night :) When I did 1 tsp at once I noticed my stomach was a little upset. Gives me good energy and noticed it helped my skin from the vit A Love it !!!!!
