Is BePure Three safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, BePure Three is safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding and is a great way to support both mother and baby's health. However, it’s best to check with your healthcare professional before using any supplements during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Is there a fishy aftertaste with BePure Three?
We use only the highest quality and most pure fish oil which means that you shouldn't experience the fishy after taste associated with a lot of other fish oils. In some rare cases, people with upper digestive issues may experience a repeating of the fish oil flavour, and in this case, we would recommend supporting your stomach acid production through one of the following options: - Have a glass of warm water with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar before the meal you have your fish oil with. - Increase your zinc levels to support optimal stomach acid production (BePure Zinc Restore is a great option!). - Try BePure Digest Assist to support reflux and repeating in general.
