BePure has evolved at a rapid rate and we are proud to offer quality nutritional support products, clinic programmes and our own functional lab testing to customers and clients across New Zealand (and soon beyond!).
To create clarity and certainty in our messaging we are splitting out our offerings, creating a new sub-brand for our clinic programmes and testing services. We are seeking a creative and confident Brand Manager to develop and drive this from the look and feel, to key messaging and distribution.
This is your chance to own and drive a project and brand that you’ll feel truly proud of; both for what you’ll achieve and the impact it will have on people’s lives.
What you’ll do:
Deploy initiatives to build the following and database of this new sub-brand, creating a strong and engaged community.
Drive successful marketing campaigns (digital focus), managing their implementation from ideation to execution, working with other team members where relevant.
Take full ownership of the website and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for this sub-brand.
Report into the General Manager, working with her closely on strategy and project planning.
Stay tapped into the market and our customers, identifying trends and insights to act on.
Become obsessed with tracking and improving the numbers: successes, sales, customers and clients, NPS; using data to inform decisions.
Using your natural understanding of technology to work with our dev team in growing and improving our web app and the technical services that support our services.
What you’ll need to have:
3 - 5 years experience in brand or marketing roles at management level.
Management level experience in digital marketing roles, social media, building online funnels, and website management.
Ability to manage projects and campaigns from start to finish.
Experienced in managing and successfully building social audiences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Understanding and passion for the health and wellness space, with the capacity to understand and empathise with our audience/clients.
Creative mind, full of fresh ideas
A knack for innovative thinking, and a proven record of generating original growth ideas that lie outside the box.
It would be nice if you also had:
The ability to utilise Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other tracking tools.
A knack for writing and creating quality, catchy content.
An eye for brand aesthetic.
Design skills such as Adobe.
