We are seeking a switched on Clinic Reception Assistant to join our team in a part-time position of 20 hours per week at the BePure Clinic Havelock North.

The BePure front office team are enthusiastic and passionate in their holistic approach to health. Our goal is to provide all clients with a warm, caring and superior service from the time they pick up the phone, right through the entire consultation experience and thereafter.

In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative, support and customer service-oriented duties in supporting both clients and the BePure team. This role will demonstrate your superb teamwork and service skills and excellent communication skills.

Specific duties and responsibilities

  • Make new bookings, send out client welcome packs in accordance with established policies and procedures using the in-house bookings system Timely.
  • Facilitate the scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling of client’s appointments.
  • Enter client invoices and arrange payments.
  • Arrange couriers
  • Communicate scheduling changes and updates with staff. 
  • Provide administrative support for Clinic Administration Manager
