Community Manager

Our business is growing and BePure is looking for someone digitally savvy and skilful in social media management to join us as our full-time Community Manager in our Ponsonby office.

Broadly, you'll be taking on management of BePure's online communications and creative ownership of content.

This role is an opportunity for someone passionate about health and wellbeing to work with meaning and purpose, building rapport and providing support with our online communities and people on their health journeys.


As an integral part of our marketing team this role would see you:

  • Take charge of BePure's website, blog, social media, community page and newsletter.

  • Implement digital marketing plans, including management of paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

  • Research, write and curate engaging content on nutrition, health and wellbeing for BePure's online channels.

  • Own the content calendar and publish content daily across online channels.

  • Provide creative online content ideas and strategies, applied to daily posts, campaigns, competitions and promotions.

  • Provide weekly analytics reports across online channels.


Skills, experience & education:

  • A personal passion and knowledge of holistic health, nutrition and wellbeing.

  • At least two years' experience in managing social media channels, primarily Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, e-newsletters and blogs.

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills for website, blogs and social media.

  • Experience using content management systems (CMS).

  • Relevant tertiary qualification. Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Creativity, flair and great interpersonal skills.
