
Our state of wellness is the sum total of the many little choices we make each day that affect the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves.
Wellness also includes our immune systems, so by nourishing our general wellness we also support our immunity. This is particularly important as we spend more time at home and face this time of uncertainty and altered state of normality.
