“The benefits of a healthy lifestyle are not short term. There’s prevention, then performance and lastly longevity. How do we keep our energy and passion for life as we age? I believe people should die of old age in perfect health and that’s what I help people do.” - Ben Warren

From time to time I get asked for details around what we do at the BePure Clinic.

For those that have been to my seminars, you’ll likely have some idea. However, for those that haven’t, I want to go a little behind the scenes and tell you how we support people on their health journeys through our BePure Clinics.

We have two BePure Clinics, one in Havelock North and another that opened in February in Auckland Central.

You can take a sneak peak at how the new Auckland Clinic came together in this video.

What do we do?

All that we do at BePure driven by scientific holistic health and personalised solutions.

But what exactly does this mean?

When supporting you on your health journey we take a holistic approach and look at the whole person. We dig deep to understand what lifestyle, diet and nutritional factors may be affecting your body and the way you feel.

Then, to really get to the true source of your health concern, we employ top of the line, gold standard testing. That way we can scientifically pinpoint exactly what might be driving the symptoms. We're taking the guesswork out of it. This could be testing anything from your blood work, to your hormones and of course your stool and gut health!

But at the core of it, what really drives my work and the BePure team, is the understanding that we are all unique. Your genetics, lifestyle and environments are all varied. Because of this the current ‘one-size-fits-all’ model is failing many of us.

Symptoms are too often bundled into conditions with the same generic solutions offered. In reality, your symptoms could be caused by a huge number of things. With this, the solutions and support you will need to get your health and energy back could be completely different to someone else, they would be unique to you.

Again this is why I’m such a huge fan of testing and measurables. With measurables, we can really get to the underlying cause and find ways to support you back to health.

If you’re interested in visiting us at the BePure Clinic it’s worth mentioning that we do provide consults both at the Clinics and via Skype or phone, so we can support you wherever you are in New Zealand.

BePure Programmes

Our aim at the Clinic is to support you in improving the function of your body and the quality of your life via our three clinical BePure Programmes.

We often don't seek help until we have no other choice. One of the key messages I want to give you is that the BePure Clinic is for everyone – in all states of health and wellness.

I have never met someone whose body is naturally expressing optimal health and energy. We’ve often become accustomed to living with low energy or sub-optimal health because we have no idea how good we could feel!

By being proactive we can uncover any limitations to your health and wellbeing and find ways to prevent and support your body before any crisis issues or symptoms arise.

At the BePure Clinic, we offer three different one-on-one BePure programmes. Each has different levels of nutritional support, testing, consultant hours and personal commitment.

1. Foundation Programme

This four-month Programme is fantastic for people looking to evaluate and be supported in improving their diet and lifestyle.

Making changes like this in our day to day life can be difficult. Where do you start? How do you know what foods are best for you to thrive? What foods should you be avoiding? What are some easy (and delicious!) recipes you can cook up and how do you know what to shop for?

The Foundation Programme supports you with all of this, plus lifestyle and exercises advice. We also give you recommendations for additional nutritional support.

We’ll support you in making all of these changes and we're there with you each step of the way over four months. We've found that four months is the perfect amount of time for establishing new habits and setting routines.

2. Comprehensive Programme

This is a great programme for people experiencing an ongoing health concern that they can’t seem to solve.

This 6-month Programme allows us to take a deeper look into your metabolism and body systems through specialist testing.

On top of the base level support from the Foundation Programme, our Clinical Consultants will expertly interpret your situation and test results. They'll provide you with a clear picture of what is actually going on inside your body.

3. Vitality Longevity Programme (VLP)

This programme is designed for the people that want leave no stone unturned when it comes to living with optimal health, energy and happiness.

The VLP Programme is well suited to those experiencing multiple long term issues or chronic illness. However, it doesn't have to be that way either.

Currently, our healthiest client is on the VLP programme. He has an accounting practice, he's 30-something years old and is dedicated to seeing how healthy he can be. I've been testing him and he's now the healthiest person I've ever seen and wants to continue working with us to keep it that way.

You can also view our Success Stories for examples of other clients we’ve worked with through our Programmes.

You can find the full details of our Programmes on the BePure website. There you'll find exactly what is included in each and have the option to enquire into which one is right for you.

If you have any immediate questions about the BePure Programmes or our Clinic offering please also feel free to give us a call on 0800 873787 or email info@bepure.co.nz.
