Dreamy 30 minute Yin Yoga to support your sleep.
Yin yoga is a simple practice that involves a handful of restorative postures held for a few minutes.
This practice helps prepare us for a good night’s sleep by down-regulating our nervous system, as well as reducing our ‘daytime hormone’ cortisol, and increasing our ‘sleepy time hormone’ melatonin.
