Caffeine on the other hand, is one of the biggest liver loaders, so for optimal energy and vitality, cutting back on coffee could work some wonders.
This is because, when your liver is busy trying to detoxify caffeine, it leaves you with little nutrients to detoxify other substances.
If your body isn’t able to detoxify toxins, they will continue to recirculate in the body or get stored as body fat.

The liver plays an important role in stabilising energy levels within our blood. When the liver is working overtime, it’s ability to stabilise energy slows down, leading to elevated blood sugar levels.
