Serves 1 | GF DF EF RSF

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut cream (or coconut milk)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ½ a frozen banana
  • 1 scoop BePure EstroClear
  • 1 tbsp cacao

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Double or triple the recipe to enjoy with friends!
