Why do we need it?
Excess oestrogen is increasingly common in the modern world. This is linked to the degrading quality of our food, modern day stressors and liver loaders such as alcohol and caffeine. We are constantly exposed to toxins that contain oestrogen-mimicking molecules called xenoestrogens. Xenoestrogens are molecules in the environment that mimic oestrogen in the body, creating oestrogen dominance.
Due to our modern day living, the liver simply can not cope with this increased load and requires extra support to remove these harmful excess oestrogens from the body and bring your hormones back to balance.

Turmeric has very strong anti-inflammatory properties. Due to the role of inflammation in PMS, it’s likely that turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties will help the symptoms of PMS. It’s been shown to induce (or make work faster) the enzymes of the phase 2 of the liver. Turmeric exerts suppressive effects on human cancer cells; it does this by counteracting the proliferative effect of oestrogen.
DIM is a molecule naturally found in cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and kale. It works to shift the oestrogen ratio to a more protective form and acts as a oestrogen regulator. DIM upregulates enzymes in the liver to increase detoxification and clear oestrogen more effectively. DIM has also been shown to slow down the growth of cancer cells in the breast.
N-acetyl cysteine is a specific form of the essential amino acid cysteine. It improves insulin sensitivity and lowers testosterone levels. This is especially good for anyone suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Detox Reaction
This product is a very effective liver detoxifier so you may notice a detox reaction in the first couple of days. A detox reaction changes from person to person but commonly includes symptoms such as headaches and nausea. This should last for usually only 2-5 days and maximum a week. Please get in contact with us if your detox symptoms last longer than that. Other symptoms may include skin breakouts and fatigue.

Q. Can I have EstroClear while pregnant or breastfeeding?
A. EstroClear is not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding. There’s plenty of time to balance your hormones after weaning. BePure One and Three are great to support nutrient levels and energy while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Q. Will EstroClear affect my oral contraceptive pill?
A. We have completed in-depth research and analysis to evaluate the contraindications between the active ingredients with the OCP and found there is no scientific evidence for any contraindications. However, BePure EstroClear’s main function is to support the up-regulation of the liver. At a stretch, there could be potential for an interaction with the oral contraceptive pill (even though none are documented) because of this. Hence why we have a precaution.
