BePure is a holistic health and nutrition company founded by leading Clinical Nutritionist, Ben Warren. Every day we are striving to provide people with the tools, education, inspiration and support they need to find optimal health and live energetic, happy lives.

Our team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Clinic Administration Assistant to contribute towards the effective running of our Ponsonby clinic, in Auckland.

The Clinic Admin Assistant plays a vital role in assisting the Clinic Administration Manager and Clinical Consultants to provide a great experience and a high level of service to everyone who comes into contact with us, at every step of their health journey.

We are looking for someone who is truly driven to contribute to our mission, and progress in their career working for a company who is making a difference to people's day to day lives. This position has a clear progression path in place, and we are looking for someone who will be able to progress fairly quickly into a Clinic Administration Manager role.



WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Being the friendly, helpful face of BePure in the Clinic, welcoming clients and ensuring they feel cared for as soon as they walk in through the door. 
  • Receiving incoming calls to the clinic, dealing with enquiries and matters that arise day to day. 
  • Processing payments for product orders and monthly programme installments. 
  • Supporting the Clinic Administration Manager to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Providing administration support to the Clinical Consultants. 


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:

Essential:
  • A true passion for optimal health and wellness. 
  • Experience in a customer facing role; either online, in person or over the phone. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Naturally empathetic personality, with a genuine drive to help people. 
  • Happy to work under own initiative and the confidence to take action and get things done with minimal guidance at times. 
  • Exquisite attention to detail, able to spot irregularities and put processes in place to mitigate problems before they arise.
  • Knowledgeable and confident using MS Excel and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in a natural health/wellness focused setting. 
  • Some light accounts or payment processing experience. 
  • Some prior knowledge of nutritional health (no qualification required, but an interest that has sparked self-learning for personal use is very desirable).
