
Warm summer days call for refreshing, frozen treats. These incredibly easy (and delicious!) ice cream recipes were made by our lovely friend, Amber Rose from Wild Delicious. With the secret ingredient of BePure Collagen+, this is a tasty summer treat that is also full of powerful antioxidants.

Each Recipe Serves 1-3 | GF, DF, RSF
Cacao Chai Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 teaspoons cacao powder
- 1 serving of BePure Collagen+ Chai
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup nut milk
Instructions:
- Add everything to a high powered blender and blitz.
- Add a little bit of milk at a time until you have a soft serve consistency or the texture you’re after.
- Eat right away or freeze for 30 minutes—scoop into bowls, sprinkle with cacao nibs, frozen raspberries or chopped nuts.
- Enjoy!
Raspberry Beetroot Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 1/2 teaspoon beetroot powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 serving of BePure Collagen+ Vanilla
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup nut milk
Instructions:
- Add everything to a high powered blender and blitz.
- Add a little bit of milk at a time until you have a soft serve consistency or the texture you’re after.
- Eat right away or freeze for 30 minutes—scoop into bowls and serve.
Turmeric, Mango and Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 200g frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 x small piece of fresh turmeric
- 1 servings of BePure Collagen+ Vanilla
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup nut milk
Instructions:
- Add everything to a high powered blender and blitz.
- Add a little bit of milk at a time until you have a soft serve consistency or the texture you’re after.
- Eat right away or freeze for 30 minutes—scoop into bowls and serve.
