We would recommend starting these products ideally three months prior to conception and continuing to take them post-natally to support nutrient depletion that can occur following pregnancy and birth.

The ingredients in our products come from all over the globe to bring you the best quality products available. The origin of each ingredient may change from batch to batch as we seek sources of ingredients available based on current quality and supply.

We recommend following the recommended doses on the label of all BePure products. We would need to be seeing a client one-on-one through our Clinic Programme before we can provide any alternate recommendations that are greater than the recommended daily dosage. Therapeutic doses can only be recommended by a practitioner whilst a client is under our care.

We do not recommend taking our products after the best before date printed on your bottle or packet. All of our products have a long shelf-life and are sent out with plenty of time to consume. After the best before date, we cannot guarantee the efficacy or quality of the product.

Our products are only recommended for those aged 12+. Depending on the age and size of the child we may recommend a reduced dose. Additionally, our herbal products are only recommended for those aged 18+ due to limited research on the effects of herbal products on children. In regards to our BePure products being suitable, this will largely depend on what products you are interested in and what medications you are on.

If you currently take warfarin, aspirin, or other blood-thinning medications and are interested in taking BePure One and Three, then we would advise close monitoring of your blood coagulation or INR through your GP. INR stands for International Normalised Ratio and is a measurement of how long it takes your blood to form a clot and determines the effect that any anticoagulants have on your clotting system.

There are specific contraindications for some BePure products so if you are on any medications it is important to check in with the Wellness Coordinator team at info@bepure.co.nz or 0800 52 54 52 so that we can check the specific contraindications for you. Depending on the medication, It may also be beneficial to check in with a medical practitioner for assurance to make sure the product you are taking does not cause any hazards or interferences.

When starting a new supplement, you may experience some initial adverse reactions or feel a little unwell. This is commonly known as a detox reaction or healing crisis, a necessary evil where you feel worse before you feel better.

BePure One, BePure Two, BePure Deep Sleep, and BePure EstroClear are the most common products to cause a detox-type reaction. If you are feeling unwell, sick, or have noticed an adverse reaction after taking a different BePure product to those listed above, please stop taking the product and contact our Wellness Coordinator team on 0800 52 54 52 or email info@bepure.co.nz.

Each and every one of us is unique on a biological level which means that our bodies all respond differently, and that includes nutritional support products or supplements. If you have just tried a new product of ours and have noticed an adverse response or feel sick, it may be that you are experiencing what is commonly known as a detox reaction or a short-term 'healing crisis' while the body works to remove excess toxins from your body. This can result in symptoms such as headaches, nausea, tiredness, and skin breakouts. It is fine to keep taking the supplement, but make sure you always take them with food and you are drinking plenty of water to give your body the best chance of eliminating the toxins.

We also recommend reducing your dose until you feel better. Any unpleasant responses should pass within one to three days, and if symptoms persist please contact us for support.

It is also possible that an ingredient in one of our products may not agree with you, similar to common food allergies. A simple way to test this would be to break open a capsule and rub a small amount on the inside of your wrist to check for any instant allergic-type responses.
