Charcoal is a simple and incredibly valuable health aid dating back to the ancient Egyptians and Greeks. As an "adsorbent", Charcoal can remove unwanted materials from the gut lumen as it is extremely porous.

Activated Charcoal is renowned for its deoderising action, making it useful in cases of gas and flatulence. It is able to neutralise gases and odours and has been reported to help remove toxins, especially in the lower intestine.

Peppermint oil is known to have a soothing effect on the digestive tract and stimulates digestive secretions. Traditionally, it has a carminative and antispasmodic activity and has been used for flatulent colic, nausea and griping.

Directions

Food reactions:  Take up to 4 capsules to reduce bloating and other effects of food intolerances

Transit time testing;  Take up to 4 capsules and time for black to come through in stool.

WARNING: Ingest activated charcoal away from medications due to the ability of activated charcoals ability to absorb nutrients in the digestive track.
