Karengo is a sea vegetable from the  Porphyra family, a cousin of Japanese nori.  It is a delicate seaweed to be used as a snack or like a herb.  It is a great nutrient dense food and is high in vegetarian protein, fiber, Vitamin A & B12, iron, zinc, iodine and essential amino-acids.
